Supportive Care – Private Pay Only

Supportive Care Services are designed to help you or your loved ones with daily tasks and companionship, without providing medical or licensed personal care services. These services are available immediately under private-pay agreements.

What We Provide

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, sweeping, dusting)
• Grocery shopping and running errands
• Meal preparation (regular diet only, non-medical feeding)
• Transportation or escort to appointments
• Medication reminders (not administration)
• Appointment accompaniment

What We Do Not Provide

• Toileting or incontinence care
• Bathing or personal hygiene assistance
• Transfers, lifting, or ambulation assistance
• Wound care, injections, or catheter care
• Any medical or licensed personal care tasks

Private-Pay Notice

All supportive care services are private-pay only. These services are not covered by Medicaid, insurance, or other third-party payers. Clients will enter a signed agreement acknowledging the scope of services before care begins.

Services include:

• Companionship and supervision

• Respite support for family caregivers

Rates:

• Hourly care: $40/hr (2-hr minimum)
• Half-day (4–6 hrs): $160–$240
• Full-day (8–12 hrs): $320–$480
• Live-in care: $450/day (custom plans available)

All supportive care services are private-pay. Rates vary by level of need, shift length, and travel distance.
